Download 4273pi – a custom release of Raspberry Pi OS for bioinformatics:

• Download SD card image and documentation, 4273pi.tar.gz (4.9 GB as-is, 29 GB uncompressed, SHA-1 5e835db349671751b418f3458adfbf14b6fafe14)

This should run on any version of Raspberry Pi except for the Pi 5.
